Working with WinMax

	This one day workshop gives an overview of the whole programme. It begins with a project already set up in WinMAX to familiarise participants with the different features of the package. Then we will go through setting up a project from scratch. At the end of the day there will be an opportunity for participants to work with their own data. The cost for the day is $325 (academic/ public sector discount rate) or $415 (commercial rate) per person. This includes workshop materials, lunch, tea/coffee but not accommodation. Each participant will receive a course pack, which includes a workshop handbook. The workshop will take place at the John Hancock Conference Center (off Copley Square in Boston's Back Bay). If you need accommodation, you will have to arrange that separately.

	Dr. di Gregorio's seminars are an excellent way to learn the mechanics of how to use qualitative data software packages. The mix of thoughtful explanation and hands-on practice makes for a good learning experience. The most useful aspect of her trainings is the practice exercises which are clearly presented in a book that I was able to take home.
